Suzanne has spent over 25 years shaping the luxury travel landscape, having founded and successfully sold three online travel brands. As a visionary leader, she's an expert in both traveler behavior and the global expert ecosystem.

Chief Executive Officer

Caroline Ohrn is a product leader with 18+ years experience with a strong background  in e-commerce & marketplaces, Data & AI consumer products. She has built and scaled product teams in early-stage startups and high-growth venture backed companies (Qubit, Lyst, NOTHS, Meeno), driving strategy and execution to deliver impactful products thanks to a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, technology and business. 

Co-Founder

Caroline brings 20+ years of luxury hospitality expertise, honed at PwC, Starwood Capital, and as co-founder of LVMH Hotel Management & Cheval Blanc. She now co-invests in and develops innovative luxury ventures through Octans, her Parisian bureau, and is a founding partner in Haeres Venture Studio's AI-powered travel marketplace, Mavalis. She is also a Senior Advisor for Object of Metamorphosis.

Financial Advisor

Philippe is a seasoned investor and financial expert with over 25 years of experience. He founded and manages Haeres Capital, and chairs both Borsalino and Quest Participations, a private equity firm with exceptional returns. He also co-founded Quest Partners, an investment banking boutique advising on over €2 billion in transactions globally.

Chief Operating Officer

With 20+ years of experience, Lauren is seasoned in the luxury space, driving growth and innovation at Sotheby's, Conde Nast, Harry Winston and others. Her expertise spans marketing, business development and  strategic partnerships.

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Arantxa has been instrumental in developing Mavalis, meticulously building out its IP and tech foundations. Co-developing the proof of concept and handling all the ins and outs of team operations.
